Perfect for large family reunions or any party, the property sleeps up to 22 + 2 babies comprising of 8 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms including 2 with full size bath, 4 spacious sitting rooms, family room, fully fitted large kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, satellite TV, air conditioning...

Disabled facilities include bath lift raised toilet and electrical individual beds. The property is entirely on ground level, being child, disabled and Senior friendly.

Pradera Estate offers 2 houses, The lodge accommodating 11 Guests and The Cottage accommodating a further 11 Guests, for a total of 22 guests + 2 babies in cots. The main house 'The Lodge' can cater for 11 guests + 2 babies in cots with a total of 4 bathrooms, and the cottage can cater for a further 11 guests with 1 bathroom. The pool is 11m x 5m offering a gentle slope from 80cm to 200cm. The pool area is closed up during the colder months and the pool is heated. Set in a rural and quiet area with neighbours at a good distance, you can either decide to have a chillout party or a fun party.... 2 mn walk towards the river will get you into a lovely Eucalyptus forest and there are many walks on tracks right from the doorstep of the property. Horse riding is a few minutes drive away. Nature watching is enhanced by the presence of Eagles hunting in the valley and flying right over Pradera. You can also decide to have a buggy fun trip on the same tracks.

About Karyne

After travelling for years onboard my RV, and stopping there and there from time to time, it was time for me to do what I always wanted to do....work in my B&B or a Holiday-Rental.

I was lucky to find this unique property, although I went through 3 years of sever technical problems as the property was not tops to start up with...

With the help of many great people and friends, it is now all in order and still getting better by the week.

  • One of our bedrooms in the Cottage can be used as a dormitory style bedroom with 3 single beds + a bunk-bed, perfect for youngsters who would all want to stay in the same room. There is also a double sofa bed in the Cottage's small Game-Room and an additional fold-up bed to use in the Lodge that takes our capacity to 22 + 2 infants in cots. All bed linens and towels are provided and professionally cleaned. There are several hair dryers and the kitchen is fully equipped. Cats are also welcome of course.

Outdoor facilities are ample and all seating arrangements (dining chairs, sofas...) are provided for over 22 guests, as well as 16 sunbeds and a very large gas BBQ. The South patio is mainly used as a covered Game Area, 'The Fun Patio', with a pool table and tennis table. The West patio with the pool and Jacuzzi, offering absolute privacy being closed by tall walls and covered with a telescopic roof during the colder months offers a sub-tropical ambient climate (The Party Patio). Had a fantastic holiday 23 of us ranging from 2 - 40!

Beautiful villa with a lovely warm welcome from Karyne + Mitch.
Had a fantastic Holiday 23 of us ranging from 2 - 40!
