Beautifully presented, two hundred year old part flint cottage, comfortably furnished to a very high standard with a modern interior, boasts the ideal location, overlooking the sea, in the bustling seaside town of Sheringham. This lovely coastal town offers all the traditional seaside treats including a sandy beach, safe bathing (Blue Flag Award), restaurants, tea rooms, gift shops and a wealth of attractions for all ages; countryside and coastal walks, bird watching areas at Cley-Next-to-the-Sea, Salthouse and Blakeney. Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway that runs regular trips from Sheringham to Weybourne and on into Holt. The Lifeboat Station on Sheringham beach, is in working action and has a museum attached on RNLI activities. The Little Theatre features concerts, films and a lively Summer Repertory season. The Splash Leisure centre offers a wave pool and a giant water slide. Train station within walking distance. There is private car parking space.

Sheringham Park featuring stunning displays of rhododendrons and azaleas from mid May to June, as well as a gazebo and viewing towers with stunning coastal vistas. Stroll along the miles of beautiful paths and woodlands. National Trust properties and stately homes nearby. Blakeney National Nature Reserve, well know for its internationally important seabirds and overwintering wild fowl and waders. It is also home to an increasing number of Common and Grey seals at Blakeney Point. The Queen's Holiday home in Sandringham is about an hours drive away.

This immaculately kept accommodation comprises of a modern open plan well equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, tea and hand towels, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for six. There is also a large dining table and seating for 6. Dining/living room is comfortably furnished. There is a TV, DVD player, VCR, radio/CD player, board games, jigsaws and books. Full gas central heating and double glazing. Gas and electricity are included. On the first floor is a large sunny room with two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and an antique washstand. A second bedroom on this floor boasts sea views with pine bunkbeds which can sleep two children or one adult. There is a dressing table and built in wardrobe. Also on the first floor is an attractively decorated bathroom with bath and shower attachment, toilet and washbasin.

On the second floor is a delightfully spacious and deluxe bedroom overlooking the sea. There is a pine double bed, chest of drawers and hanging wardrobe space, TV and seating. This room has a en-suite bathroom comprising of, electric shower, toilet and washbasin. Duvets, linen and blankets are provided. Please bring own towels. There is private car parking space. Extra car parking can be found in the car parks close by. Strictly no smoking.
