3 Bedroom: One double bedroom, a twin room with en suite and a bedroom with bunk beds (inc pull out bed) and a single bed. Family bathroom, well equipped kitchen and large lounge with 2 sofabeds and dining room.There are 3 balconies overlooking the shared pool which also has a toddler pool and is completely enclosed and ideal for young children there is also a children's play area nearby and secure underground parking.

Alvor has fantastic beaches and the town has restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. This is also the ideal location for golfers being close to six quality golf courses.

Alvor is a traditional fishing village that has developed over recent years into a complete holiday experience. Whilst retaining its charm, Alvor also provides many fantastic restaurants and bars to suite every taste. There are plenty of fantastic beaches within easy reach and a pretty harbour, perfect for a stroll. For the golfers Alvor offers access to many quality golf courses, including the championship course at Pennina. Alvor is approximately 4km from the town of Portimao and 2km from the livlier resort of Prai da Rocha.

Pinina was designed by Sir Henry Cotton in the 1960's and hosts both regular and senior European PGA events

The Pestana Group own nearby Pinta and Gramacho courses as well as Alto

Palmares Golf Club is just a short drive away and offers great views and a true test of golf!!

Notes: There is a lovely shared pool including a toddler pool which is completely enclosed. On the complex there is a childrens play area and tennis courts are planned for summer 2008. There is a convenience store, newsagent, coffee shop/bar/patisserie and a pizza restaurant and takeaway on the complex with other restaurants close by. We also own a 2 bedroom property in the same block. Ideal for 2 families wanting to holiday together or golf parties
