'This charming riverside cottage is in the Loire Valley one of the most beautiful areas of France - the cottage is on the banks of the River Layon, a tributary of the Loire, in the village of Concourson sur Layon where winemaking is the main occupation'. The nearby town of Doue la Fontaine is famous for its roses and hosts rose festivals throughout the year, it also boasts one of the best zoos in the world. A 15 minute drive away is the beautiful town of Saumur with its chateau and world famous Cadre Noir Horse Academy.
