The Bay Villas were the first luxury condominiums in the Kapalua destination resort complex: 141 units located on the shoreline above Oneloa Bay, with breathtaking views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Units range in size from 1,100 to 2,000 square feet including lanais and are either one or two bedroom. The villas have high ceilings, sunken garden baths, and ceiling fans. Located on the property are three pools, two tennis courts, gas barbeques and recreation areas for the convenience of owners and guests. The Bay Villas are the closest property to the Kapalua Bay Hotel, shops and Kapalua Beach.

World class dining and abundant shopping can be found all along west Maui's 10 mile stretch of coastline. You'll also find over 30 fine art galleries hosting our local artisans, as well as weekend craft fairs at the Banyan Tree and Civic Center. While shopping in town don't miss our many historical sights and museums
