St George Island Vacation Rental house: Sunset Beach

Very refined beachside home in gated Sunset Beach community with lovely ocean views, views of Bay, and within easy walking distance to St. George Island State Park. This home is also within walking distance of the Crosswinds home. The beach is conveniently located only a few feet away directly across the private, gated cobblestone drive, accessible via a short boardwalk (see picture below). Its unique architectural design and attention to detail make it a pleasure to enjoy. The neighborhood homes are all uniquely designed in a tropical Mediterranean-villa style. Community tennis courts are available for free use to guests. A brand new private pool with waterfall was recently added to this home. The beautiful sea-side community pool area is also a very short walk down the cobblestone street.

The main master suite is complete with king bed, Jacuzzi tub, his & her sinks, private deck and wall-to-wall marble. The home has a great room with entertainment center, and open kitchen / bar area. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, sub-zero refrigerator, cookware and utensils.

The Sunrise/Sunset has many decks to enjoy the lovely views from, overlooking both the beach and the bay. The front decks are large and are ideal for outdoor get-togethers. The outdoor barbeque grill is also great for outdoor parties and cookouts! Also featured outside is a shower, fish cleaning area, and a covered parking area. Free long distance, cable TV, linens and cleaning fee included.
