St George Island Vacation Rental house: Plantation

Brand new beach home in the private St. George Island Plantation with ocean views, convenient beach access (short walk to beach, approx. 2 minute walk via direct pathwa y with no roads to cross), and private screened pool. It contains many upgrades including elevator, granite countertops, marble and carpet floors, cathedral ceilings, and much more. The home is situated on a quiet and lovely one acre lot with lush natural vegetation.

Every bedroom has its own full bathroom, TV, deck access, and an ocean view! There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths total. The main master suite is located on its own separate level, four stories high, with king bed. A second master with queen bed is located on the third floor, also separate from other bedrooms.

The Seaprize has three levels of decks for your enjoyment! The decks are covered, uncovered, and also screened-in with paddle fans, which allows for sun bathing, casual relaxing, and outdoor dining. The wrap around deck on the side of the house also overlooks the pool area.

The private pool area is heated and screened. The barbeque grill makes it especially appealing for outdoor parties and cookouts! Also featured outside is an outdoor bathroom, shower, fish cleaning area, and a covered / semi-enclosed parking area.
