The homes' many levels allow children and adults to enjoy their own separate living areas. The main master suite is located on a separate level from the other bedrooms with screened deck, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.

The Mariner has over 1500 square feet of decking on three separate levels including wrap-around sun decks, covered decks, and screened-in porches with paddle fans, all designed to enjoy the wonderful sweeping ocean views. It is a breathtaking four+ stories tall, which helps to maximize the beautiful scenery from all rooms.
