Our beautiful vacation villa is situated in the peaceful rural neighborhood of Bridgewater Crossing, yet is only 15 minutes from Disney World and 5 minutes from the world class Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Resorts. The open plan living area is tiled throughout and its high ceilings give a great sense of light and space. It comprises a stylish dining area and a comfortable sitting area with a huge 52 inch projection TV with digital cable, DVD player and a great collection of family films. The Master and Queen bedrooms are both en suite. One bedroom is a children's Disney themed room with colourful bunk beds, easy chairs and a TV with digital cable and a Play Station 2. Small and big kids alike will adore our fun 50s diner style games room with pool, hockey, table tennis and foosball tables and a darts board. The screened pool has underwater lighting and the shaded lanai with table and chairs allows you to dine al fresco, enjoying the BBQ you've prepared using the gas powered grill.

Our villa is on a quiet residential street in Bridgewater Crossing, a rural neighbourhood set amidst a nature reserve with a large lake, ponds and wetlands. The communal facilities, which guests may use free of charge, include floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, children's playground and picnic/BBQ area overlooking the lakes, all within walking distance of the house. It is 10 miles to the gates of Disney World's four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios). The numerous other attractions which have made Orlando such a popular destination (Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Islands of Adventure...) are also nearby. Golfers are in for a treat with 4 courses within 6 miles. Both the prestigious ChampionsGate and Reunion Golf Resorts are less than 2 miles from the villa. Easy access to Interstate 4 means the Gulf coast's sandy beaches and the east coast 's attractions (such as the Kennedy Space Center) can be reached in 60 to 90 minutes

  • We accept payment in pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros. The above rates are quoted in pounds sterling, but please contact us for the applicable rates in GBP or USD, or visit our web site and click on 'Rates and Availability'. A 10% discount is applied to stays of 3 weeks or more. Last minute discounts may be available - please e mail us for details.
  • The rates quoted include all taxes, amenities, provision of towels and bed linen, as well as professional cleaning upon departure (for stays of 7 nights or more). Stays of fewer than 7 nights will incur an additional GBP 50.00 / USD 95.00 / EUR 75.00 cleaning charge. Pool heating, payable with the balance of the rental, is usually required between October and April and is an additional GBP 10.00 / USD 20.00 / EUR 12.00 per day.
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your requested dates. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date. A security deposit of GBP 150 / USD 250 / EUR 200 to cover any loss or damage to the villa or its contents is required when you pay the balance. This is refunded in full within 2 weeks of your departure date, subsequent to a satisfactory inspection of the villa by our agent.

  • The Master bathroom has both a shower enclosure and a large corner bath. The second bathroom has a shower enclosure. It is accessible from the pool deck, which conveniently avoids having to go through the living area to reach a bathroom. Hair dryers are provided in bathrooms 1 and 2. The third bathroom, with a bath/shower combination, is shared by the third and fourth bedrooms.

Within two miles of the villa is the Champions Gate Golf Resort, regarded as one of the top golf courses nationwide. This 36 hole resort was designed by Greg Norman. One course, the International, is a links style course reminiscent of the top UK courses: the other, the National, is an American style course. Also less than 2 miles from the villa is Reunion Resort, a spectacular multi million dollar resort listed on Golf week's list of 'America's Top 40 New Courses for 2005'. Its three full courses were designed by three of golf's great masters, Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus. Another 4 courses are within a 7 mile radius of the villa: Ridge wood Lakes Golf Club, listed amongst the top 30 golf courses in Florida. Mystic Dunes golf club: ranked Orlando's number two after Champions gate. Highlands reserve golf club: rated 3.5 stars by Golf Digests 'places to play' guide. Celebration golf club: renowned club which has hosted several prestigious tournaments in recent years.

A Restful Break After a Hectic Year

We were looking for, and found, a base to have a well deserved rest after our daughters wedding and a hectic year at work.We had contact with the owners both before and during our stay and they were as helpful as they could have been. We chose a villa near Orlando to give us plenty to do if we wanted do but some days we never even left the villa. The owners website had shown us the villa and it was every bit as good as we expected. It was very clean when we arrived and with every amenity you could hope for. We would have appreciated a small welcome pack as we didn't arrive until 11.30pm but as that was the airlines fault (we were due to land at 5pm) we can't really complain about that. As we had visited Orlando 10 years ago we had done all the usual Disney things but the highlight of our stay was definitely the Air Boat ride on Crystal Lake - an hour of birds and wildlifeon the water -Grteat for us! I have already recommended it to a friend which shows how good it was.
