Very spacious contemporary barn conversion in rural location. Close to Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby. The house is great for a family holiday, sharing with friends or a really relaxing retreat. Fantastic views over the countryside. Extremely large enclosed landscaped garden. Wthin the garden there are wooden 'chalets' that can also be used by children and adults for outdoor camping. Very peaceful for a relaxing holiday as well as plenty of places to explore and lots to do with children of all ages.

All these amenities and many more available including, Go-karting, quad biking, surfing, sailing, shooting, paint balling, coasteering and for those less active, great shopping in Narberth. Pembrokeshire is renowned for its local produce and it is widely available in farm shops and local food stores.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Reduced rates available for mid week and weekend breaks during off peak times.
    PLEASE NOTE: Rentals commence on a Friday from 4 pm. On day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 midday. There may be flexibility with this during less busy times of the year. Cleaner on departure. If you would like a cleaner during your stay this can be arranged at an extra cost. Bed linen and tea towels included. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

    Given the rural location own car is essential.
    A 10% discount for a second week booked

  • To secure a booking a deposit of £150 is required within 7 days of making the booking. This is non- refundable.

    The balance is required 6 weeks before the arrival date.

    A cancellation charge of 80% of the booking fee will be made if the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date.

    A £100 breakage deposit is also required 6 weeks before the arrival date. This deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday, as long as there has been no damage to the property or furnishings. Any deductions of the breakage deposit, should it be required, will be discussed.

Stunning spacious house in a great location. Previously a carthouse which has been converted to a very high standard. Mix of contemporary and traditional. 'Upside down' layout, bedrooms are downstairs with huge open plan sitting room and kitchen upstairs. Smeg kitchen appliances. Luxury bathrooms with steam room and seperate utility room. Unusual wood burning fireplace. Lovely views over Pembrokeshire. The house and area is great at anytime of the year. On the edge of the Pembrokeshire National Park.Close to many amenities including the town of Narbeth and many popular blue flag award winning beaches within a short drive. Various Pembrokeshire tourist attractions very close by, including Oakwood theme park, Folly farm and a brand new indoor water world attraction, within ten minutes drive. Also horseriding, coasteering, shooting, laser and paintballing, fishing and water sports all easily accessible.

The town of Narbeth is excellent for shopping with individual boutiques, exclusive gift shops as well as interesting deli's, food outlets, supermarkets, florist and an array of cafes and restaurants offering local y sourced produce. For those no cooking nights there is a good choice of take- away places to try! Also plenty of Farm shops within a few minutes drive of the house. Colby Woodland gardens part of the National Trust collection is within 3 miles.

Golf: Tenby Golf course within 20 mins drivey. Narberth also has a small course.

Other Activities: Coasteering, horseriding,seal watching, sailing, shooting ranhe, National Trust- Colby Woodland garden, Historical places such as Pembroke Castle.

we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6. and this was out first time to visit wales. (took the ferry from rosslare)

really lovely house, very spacious yet cosy .
great garden for children. plenty of space and very safe.

house well maintained, very clean and mod cons available.no shortage of crockery etc in the kitchen.

owner extreamly helpful at all times ,responding prompty to all correspondance and even phoned on the day of our arrival to ensure all was ok for us. we recieved a very detailed email in advance of our holiday with information regarding bin collection , key collection, heating etc. our safety deposit was also returned within a couple of days of leaving.

two storey property. living area upstairs. keep this in mind as there can be alot of going up and down for toilet, unloading shopping. care would be needed here for some people. ie crawling baby, ( not sure if stair gate is available) elderly etc

lots and lots to do locally and further afield for all ages. car is ESSENTIAL.

Could not fault this property in any way. We had a great time.A real home away from home. If you book this property you will not be disappointed!!!!!
