Although a historical building, it has been sympathetically restored. It contains a modern fitted kitchen with full facilities: dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, three bedrooms (one single, one double, one twin), two bathrooms, two sun terraces (on the roof), a lounge, a dining area and a small patio with a well. There is a small grocer's just round the corner and a supermarket a short walk away.
Within a short walk you will find many high class restaurants and bars. There are boutiques, gift shops, and fashion shops in the immediate area. The whole area is very pleasant to stroll in. The main avenue of Marbella with its banks, major shops and other facilities is a few minutes walk away and the beach is just on the other side of that.
