  • £100 deposit will secure your booking. We will then send you a Booking Form which must be returned 8 weeks before your departure along with the balance payment and an additional refundable £150 security deposit. Typically arrival times are from 4pm on day of arrival and you must vacate the property by 10am on the day of your departure but do talk to us if you have other requirements. There is a 55 Euro end-of-rental cleaning charge payable to the key holder on arrival.

Modern spacious fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, hood, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and cupboard space. 2 patio doors lead onto large balcony with modern patio suite comfortably seating 6. The balcony catches the morning sunshine and benefits from shade in the afternoon.
