Villa Alethea’s accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are 3 terraces for outdoor dining with panoramic sea and mountain views.
As you enter the front door through the garden the open plan lounge dining room awaits you. The floors throughout the villa are fully tiled providing a cool haven. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and is included in the price.
During the winter months the cosy open fire can be used in the living room and additional heating can be used via the A/C units.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you require including electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a large wooden dining table with 6 chairs.
The ground floor has one double bedroom and bathroom. There is a travel cot, and extra single beds can be added if required. An understairs storage cupboard provides room for suitcases and beach items.
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with French antique style furniture, bathroom. From the bedroom you can access a large terrace with stunning panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding hills.
Enjoy a lazy lunch on one of the three terraces admiring the remarkable views or pack a picnic and go for a walk through the narrow streets of Kalo Horio and the surrounding countryside.
If you prefer to be more active, why not go for a round or two at the Golf Club, or take the kids to the Aqua Park.
