Parque Santiago III is a magnificent apartment complex, built in a modern Canarian style, ideally situated on the ocean front with direct access to the sea and only a short walk to the town centre. The complex features a wide range of restaurants and cafeterias, where you will find the very best of national and international cuisine, in a cosy atmosphere and with first-class service. There is also a laundrette on site, as well as a 24 hour reception. There are 2 lake like salt water pools, one of which is heated from October to May. The large pool covers an area of 1800 metres squared and they both have spacious sun decks. There is a smaller pool for children. There is internet access available in the lounge area of the complex. The complex enjoys cable TV with some English channels including BBC.

There are plenty of lovely restaurants and cocktails bars around Parque Santiago as well as in the complex. Guests can also enjoy the nightly musical coloured water fountain display while eating in one of the surrounding restaurants or sipping a cocktail in one of the bars. There are also horse drawn carriage rides available and the pyramids, where guests can enjoy the flamenco dancing shows.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the complex. It is situated just by the smaller of the two pools and therefore enjoys wonderful views across both pools. You can literally walk down the steps from the apartment and into the swimming pool. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a double balcony which enjoys the sun all day. The balcony features a sun blind as well as table and chairs and a couple of additional recliner chairs. The bedroom has 2 single beds with bedside tables and lamps. The lounge features a sofa bed and 2 easy chairs as well as a dining table and chairs. There is a brand new shower room.
