South facing villa with 'large' 12m x 5m (not wall size but pool size) private pool, within a fully enclosed secluded garden and to the rear of the property a shady garden with palms, olive, orange and lemon trees. Overall plot size 1000m2 plus house plot 300m2 on 2 floors. Lower floor consists of kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, Sky Digital TV, Video, PlayStation & CD player, 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, bathroom & utility room. Downstairs has full air heating units. Upper floor consists of 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, bathroom and walled sun terrace. Please Call For Our Website Address for additional photos and further details. Deposit of £100.00 per weekly booking. £150.00 Security Deposit when balance due.

The villa is situation on the San Jaime Urbanisation. The urbanisation is very secluded and quiet and the villa itself is very private - not overlooked by any other properties. San Jaime Urbanisation is situated off of the Moraira-Calpe Road. NEW FOR 2006 - we have had central heating and air conditioning fitted.

GOLF FACILITIES: With the nearest 9 hole course being only 800m away this is an ideal base for the golf players. There are over seven other 9 & 18 hole courses within an hours drive. The restaurant on the course is well worth a visit! There are many places of interest within a hours drive of the villa. Jalon Valley for its local wine making. Javea, Denia Calpe and Benidorm for additional beaches, restaurants and nightlife. The villa has a folder with lots of information on local attractions.

HEATING: Ground floor of house has fitted air heating units. Heating fees are £100.00 per week and is only necessary from 1st November - 31st March.

AIR CONDITIONING: For an extra £100.00 fee per week you can use Air Conditioning units on the ground floor of the house. This is really only necessary for the months of July and August, as the house is large and keeps cool at all other times in the year.

Aug 04. We feel that the villa is in a nice location and is well placed, being just the right sort of distance from shops etc., We also liked the way it is enclosed by the bushes, making it a very private place to be able to just relax in. Mrs Charity.
Aug 04. The Villa was lovely - the size of the master bedroom was huge, lots of space and the biggest bed ever. The pool was fantastic and the pool man came every 2 days to clean it. Mrs Stacey.
