Tuscan Hills is in an attractive and peaceful area, located in Davenport, south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27 and just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached giving access Southwest to Tampa (60 min) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando Intnl 30 min, Sanford 60 min). Walt Disney World can be reached in 10 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions i.e. Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with numerous attractions can all be reached in less than 30 minutes. There are several impressive golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Championsgate, plus over 20 more within a 10 mile radius. You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, supermarkets Super Wal-Mart, Publix, Wynn Dixie and numerous shops, diners, bars and restaurants for all tastes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking followed by the balance paid in full at least 8 weeks before departure date.
    A Refundable Security Deposit of $350/£200 is required at time of booking.
    Natural Gas-fired Pool & Spa Heating £16/$25 per day. (Please note this pool heating system is far more responsive than the more common heat pump systems and is just as effective in winter - no matter the air temperature!!!)
    Cots and highchairs are FREE but advance notice of this requirement is needed in advance.
    We are able to accept Credit Card payments but regret that we must add 3% to cover bank charges. We suggest that you advise the number etc by phone.

    Please remember that payments on a UK credit card of over £100 are protected by the card companies offering you peace of mind.

Or, our particular favourite, why not try a FROZEN MARGERITA COCKTAIL whilst chilling out in the heated Spa after a long day at the theme parks!

Disabled Accesibility: All the property is on one level. The front door is wide and has a very small lip making it ideal for access by wheelchair bound guests. It must be stated however that there are no specific modifications made to the property fixtures such as lowered sinks. Obviously the three doors to the pool area do have a small step (these are to keep out any water splashes from the house caused by boisterous kids - both young & old kids!!!! ). These are the only steps in the property. We have had disabled guests in the past and they have all commented on how easy accesibility was for them and they have all recommended the property to others.

Strength & Quality: Unlike most properties in Florida our home is made from poured re-inforced concrete. The walls are of solid 14' thick concrete affording great strength and isolating you from noise to ensure your stay is not disturbed in any way. The great strength of the building is also a source of great reassurance during the hurricane season. The roof is also of tiled construction unlike the normal shingle construction of most rental properties (compare house pictures from other developments in the area). All of this was of course an extra expense when we had the villa built and is the reason why we refer to this as an Executive Quality property and the Tuscan Hills area stands head and shoulders above other developments. You will not find a better villa at the price. Should you be thinking of a property in the Orlando/Davenport area we will be more than willing to offer our knowledge (such as it is) to help you.

my family (9 in total), thoroughly loved this house, very neat tidy and clean, very spacious and the owner is lovely to talk to and very helpful if you have any queries. would not consider going to any other house if going again. it was so nice to go to after a long day in the parks and feel at home.
