The south facing balcony features a table and chairs to seat 4 as well as 2 sun loungers for further relaxation, and Access from the lounge can be gained through full width patio doors to a generously sized (3.5m x 3.5m) balcony whioverlooks the pool area and Mediterenean Sea in the distance. Shade can be gained as required making the area being the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine.
The property has 2 double sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed & en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has 2 single sized beds & close access to the central shower room. Between the 2 bedrooms is a fully tiled shower room. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans fitted throughout. Electric background heaters provide further comfort in Winter Evenings. Shutters are present on all windows, assisting privacy and keeping the apartment dark and cool as required.

"The apartment is very well equipped. Very useful having washing machine available - great not having to bring back a suitcase full of dirty washing! Air conditioning and ceiling fans combined keep apartment pleasantly cool. Lovely position overlooking the pool. Large balcony which is shaded in the morning so great to sit and have breakfast there. Property is kept very clean. Having stayed at this same apartment last year it felt like home from home this year. We only visited the apartment as a couple but it would be plenty big enough for 4 people, especially having 2 bathrooms. Apartment is in a quiet location but within walking distance of plenty of bars, eateries, etc. Closer to the old part of Paphos than the harbour. Bus stops to harbour and Coral Bay a few minutes walking distance. Buses do tend to get quite full though and sometimes sail past the stop without stopping, particularly in the early evening. We hired a car from the airport for the whole holiday so didn't have to rely on the buses. Apartment is close to several restaurants and bars but we would definitely recommend Karlina's which is 5 minutes walk away, on the Tomb of the Kings Road. When you ask for the bill they bring you a liqueur and a bowl of fruit first. If you don't eat all the fruit they send it home with you! Lovely atmosphere there and staff very welcoming. There are 3 'Tea for Two' restaurants in Paphos - the closest one is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment and the other two are in Paphos old town and at the harbour. We visited all 3 of these are the food is excellent, you can get a proper pot of tea there and is generally an English restaurant in Paphos if that's what you're looking for. Coral Bay is definitely the best beach in the area with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, etc. We did a sightseeing trip to the Akamas peninsula and Lara Beach which was good. We hired a 4x4 car this year with the aim of doing this trip and to do it in a normal hire car wouldn't be advisable as the roads are pretty bumpy dirt tracks most of the way! As last year, we were very satisfied with the service provided by the agents. Steven was very prompt in replying when I first booked the apartment and communication at all times has been very efficient. We were very satisfied with our local manager, John. He came to the apartment on our first morning to introduce himself and see if we had any problems. Thanks to all
