You will find Las Piñas very comfortable and your needs will be met at all times. Las Piñas has its own private hedged garden front and back, with palm & pine trees, shrubs & flowers. The back garden is illuminated at night. There is a small exit through the hedge to spacious, superbly landscaped lawns with further trees and exotic flowering shrubs. The shared large adult’s pool (40 ft) and children’s pool both get minimal use. All rooms have wide windows opening to good views. There are built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans & black-out blinds in all bedrooms. Optional insect screens on all windows in the house. Master bedroom suite is air-conditioned though many guests say it is not necessary. The built in kitchen is well equipped. Quality bed linen, towels and maid service is supplied weekly. If you wish, the owner or assistant will be on hand for your arrival and are available at all times.
Parking is offered a few feet from the front door and also in a numbered space within the development
The villa is 7 minutes walk from the southern end of the long beach at Playa de Pals, or walk a few minutes more to two hidden swimming coves. Though the villa is quietly placed, you can walk easily to Pals Golf Course, Restaurants, Pubs, Food Shops and Boutiques. A quick drive takes you to medieval Pals town and on to Begur hill town, or to fishing villages like Sa Reira, Tamariu and LlaFranc. All about are sandy bays, green and gold countryside and ancient villages. Good restaurants abound. From the front door, apart from quickly walking to the beach etc., you can easily walk into level or hilly forests or along low cliffs and down into small bays.
