(and only 300 yards from the beaches Carabeillo and Carabeo ) The bakery and grocery are just 15 yards away and within the 150 yards you have at least 10 restaurants, 6 tapas bars, supermarket, chemist, news stand, beauty salon, car hire and all what you need for a long, long journey. There is a landline phone and internet connection FREE of charge and also a safe. You might enjoy the Kingsize bed and Queensize sofa (couch). Wherever you have rented before you never will have found a so complete assortment of kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, wine cooler. There is electrical heating in all places. The roof terrace with barbecue and covered corner allows you to enjoy barbecue or meal also in winter whatever the weather might be. The whole year hundreds of blossoming flowers are coloring Casa Charlotte. It's really your home away from home!

The apartment on the ground floor ( 1st floor for non-continentals) has a large living room with a complete equipped kitchen in L-form. The kitchen with dining corner can be extended to the patio. We are proud that this apartment is very highly appreciated through our regular customers as well as through disabled- and guests in a wheelchair as well through elderly people. The guests of the ground floor apartment have priority on the use of the lap top we have at the disposition of all guests of Casa Charlotte. Ideal for overwintering ! Special rates if your stay is 6 weeks or more.

CASA CHARLOTTE is close to most beaches and only 7 minutes walking from the BALCON DE EUROPA. Also in winter Nerja is very lively and has a very active cultural life with outstanding ballet, Jazz, classic music concerts, flamenco, the British chorus 'The serenaders', theater, movies and so forth. The caves (Cuevas de Nerja) enjoy a world fame and is only at 4km from Casa Charlotte. The 'Dance and Music Festival' in the Caves attract artist with world fame. (second half of July) There are many popular feasts in Nerja such as Fiesta de la Crux (3 May) San Isidro (15 May and bank holiday), around 20 June San Juan with night time barbecue and night time swimming, July 16 Virgen del Carmen with free grilled Sardinas. Around the end of first week September Feria de Maro and the second week end from October Feria de Nerja, New Years Eve feast at the BALCON DE EUROPA , 16 January San Anton and in February CARNAVAL.

  • The bedroom has a King Size bed which can be splitted in two single beds from each 2 m (80 inch) long x 0.90 m (36 inch) width.. The beds are in plain wood and have an excellent mattress. In the large living room there is a sofa-bed couch from also 2 m (80 inch) long and 1.60 m ( 32 inch) width when opened. It's an ideal bed as well.

Top apartment in Spanish Seaside Town

Description:
My wife and I stayed at Casa Charlotte a few years back, and was recently there and met with the owners who continue to improve the apartment. It's located in Nerjain the Spanish section and 5 minutes to the beach. It's recently renovated to high standards and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It's actually a large Spanish home converted into apartments. Both Frans and his wife Nuttee speak good English, and treat you like family. I highly recommend it.

Unique Qualities:
Great Spanish feel; views from the roof; lots of flowers; next door to great tapa bars; large bedroom and kitchen; satillite TV; all modern appliances; easy walking to stores, restaurants and beach; clean well and well maintained; indoor atrium.
