Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Downstairs End Unit that opens up to the Center Courtyard. Located right on the Lake behind Rotary Park. Golf, Shopping, Dining, Theaters and the World Famous London Bridge and English Village are all right out the front gate.

This unit is beauitfully decorated, very nice Bedroom with a queen bed and french door leading to the Rear Patio, large walk in closet and door leading to the Bathroom. The Bathroom has two seprate areas one for the vanity and one for the lav and shower. The Kitchen has been remolded new cabinets and counters Indoor washer and dryer, cable tv in both Living room and Bedroom. Tennis courts, beautiful pool and spa, gas grills steps from your front door making your stay at Lake Shore Village very comfortable.

The LOCATION of this property has you in the heart of all the ammenities that Lake Havasu has to offer, yet very private and quiet.

The grounds are very well kept and this complex is a favorate with

the Snowbirds!

What a great location and complex everything is right next to the condo , hardly ever used are car. The unit was wonderful it didn't look like a rental, kitchen is great, nice patio. The owners were great would highly recomend
