A small villa with a nice view on the hills and on an old provençal village. A nicely flowered garden among olive trees and cypress, with a ceramic pool to relax and enjoy summer in Provence. Beaches (Cannes and Mandelieu) are at 12km where most seashore activities are available The Maritime Alps mountains are at 20km to enjoy unique hiking trails. Main shopping areas are at 5km in the city of Grasse.

Wonderful villa

We rented this villa last August to co-incide with my son's wedding in Mouans Sartoux.

The villa was everything and more. We felt so at home and even had the cat for company!

Everyone who came to visit us thought it was quaint and charming. Not one of your new fancy villas but just so beautiful. The garden and pool were wonderful, we enjoyed all our meals on the terrace over the wonderful view over to Auribeau-sur-Siagne. Deceptively big.

Everything was there that you needed and plenty of room for everyone.

We would go again tomorrow but alas after an expensive wedding last year we need time to save again, maybe next year.
