This property is a 3 storey apartment in a block of only two side by side on the beautiful beach of C'an Picafort. It has been beautifully renovated in exceptional taste, central heating and a wood burning stove and is therefore, suitable for rental the whole year. There is a large living room with an archway going into a kitchen with all modern amenities including a dishwasher. The living room has double doors which open onto a very large terrace overlooking the white sandy beach. The roof terrace has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and sun loungers for private sunbathing. The second floor has two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate bathroom. The third floor is a large utility room which is fully equipped for all washing essentials. You are within 2 minutes walk of the busy main street in C'an Picafort with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

C'an Picafort is approximately 15km from Alcudia and 20km from the historical town of Arta. It is a busy town with lots of hotels, bars, restaurants, shops. It is easily accessible to all parts of the north including Pollensa, Alcudia and Arta by means of a local bus and also Palma. C'an Picafort has a beautiful sandy beach with a small fishing port and there are numerous restaurants and bars all along the sea front. If you want to find a quiet secluded beach then Son Serra de Marina is only 10 minutes away by car, too is the beautiful town of Arta which is overflowing with historical buildings and again quaint bars and restaurants and shops.

Golf is particularly well served in Mallorca with 3 beautiful courses within 30 minutes drive.
