Accommodation is all of a high standard of luxury with complimentary WiFi, Satellite TV including French, English and German TNT/Freeview channels. Also iPod with docking station and speakers and DVD library. Prices include electricity, heating and air-conditioning plus linen and final clean. Properties are expected to be left in a clean and tidy condition with bins emptied, floors swept, washing up done, surfaces wiped down etc. Housekeeping service is available with advance booking.

The high-speed A9, A61 and A75 motorways connect the Languedoc region to the rest of France and Europe. Coming by car is now a very practical option, and many of our guests now arrive in their own cars.

There is a brasserie and bar on site. Buffet breakfast is served daily at €12 per adult, €8 per child under 12, alternatively you can order your bread and pastries the day before and pick them up fresh to eat in your apartment in the morning. Supermarkets are in nearby Capestang. Fabulous local markets are on Wednesday in Capestang, Thursday in Nissan Les Enserune, Friday in Beziers, Samedi in Pezenas and Sunday in Saint Chinian. We require a 25 % deposit on booking and the remaider 30 days before arrival. Payment for food and drinks and any extra activities payable on checkout.
