Situated in the old part of Cannes (Le Suquet) this apartment is ideally situated for the beaches, shopping and the many restaurants close by. Perfect for those wanting a holiday without the hassle of driving and parking.

This apartment is also a great location for those on business in the Palais des Festivals (MIDEM, MIPIM, MIPTV, Film Festival, Lions, Boat Show, MIPCOM and Tax Free) being only a few minutes walk away. Set in a traditionnal 'maison de village' the apartment has an open plan living area and kitchen with dining table and chairs for 4. Both bedrooms can be made as a double bed or 2 singles.

The second bedroom, which is en-suite, is actually separate from the apartment - a handy arrangement for families with 'grown up' children or for business rentals. This bedroom is on the ground floor and the main apartment is just up the stairs on the 1st floor.

This apartment is a fabulous location for either a beach holiday or discovering the Cote d'Azur. Everything you need is in walking distance - the wonderful French markets for fresh produce, the famous seafood restaurants, and of course the beach with all its many activities. (don't forget the fantastic shopping!). If you are feeling adventurous you are just 10 minutes from the station. Catch a train to visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy. Catch a ferry to the islands or to St Tropez. The bus station close by can take you inland to visit the famous Perfume capitol of Grasse and many hilltop villages.

wonderful break

We have had the most wonderful weekends in this apartment, it is so close to the beach, restaraunts and market that it couldn't be more convenient and so quiet we have often over slept. The market is well worth a visit if quite expensive. We can't wait to go back!
