Our Newly Updated Loggerhead Cay Condo with New living room furniture and completely New Kitchen. We Have added DSL and WiFi Internet. We have Great Views of the Gulf Beach and the heated Swimming Pool below.The Spacious Living RM has a 26 ft. Mirrored Wall providing excellent views from 60% of the condo Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, Spacious living room, dining room, Screened patio and New Full size Front load washer/dyer. The bedding is a King in the Master with a HDTV, 2 Twins in the Guest with TV/DVD and a Sleeping sofa in the living room. The Guest Bedroom and been completely remodeled. There is a New HD 32 in. TV with a DVD and VHS Player. New upgrades include new kitchen and Free for Guests 4 High Quality Bicycles. The Unique features of our unit is the Glass Sliders on both the Inside and out side of the Lanai. You can AC the Lanai. Also the Mirrored Living room wall. The mirrored walls provides added Brightness to the condo.

Sanibel Island is a Tropical Paradise with endless things to see and do for all ages. There is about 30 miles of Biking, Walking and in-line Skating trails. Enjoy the Lush foliage, Flowers, and Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. You can Walk to close by Shopping and Restaurants. There are 2 18 hole Public Golf courses on the island.

Our Unit at Loggerhead Cay is Professionally Managed and there is always someone available to meet your needs. The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and ensure our standards of cleanliness.

Loggerhead Cay is about .3 miles from the Causeway to Fort Myers, providing easy access on and off the island.

Recent Upgrades include New Living room Furniture and Blinds and the completely New Kitchen and the All new Guest Bedroom. We also now have a New Front Load Washer and Dryer in our unit. We added 4 Excellent Quality bicycles plus a tag-a-long bike. The adult bikes are New Call owners for details.

About Jim Way

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Why Jim Way chose Sanibel Island

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.

Great "Home away from home"

What a perfect location for our beach vacation. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. Having flown to FL we really appreciated the extras that we couldn't have brought with us (beach towels, beach equipment, tennis equipment, bikes, cooler, etc). The kitchen is very well equipped and although we only used it for breakfast, light lunch and snacking you could easily prepare a full meal. When we needed a break from the sun the lanai was a lovely place to hang out. Sanibel is a beautiful area and we were happy to have a "home" to stay in while we visited.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at Logger Cay. There are plenty of amenities in the condo, beach toys, tennis rackets, beach wheel bag. We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had extra towels and beach towels. We have teenage children so the WiFi was a must and very appreciated.

Weather was wonderful though it was hot and humid. Sanibel is a beautiful island.

The owners were great and extremely helpful. Would definitely return for future vacations

Fall Break Getaway

This was a Fall Break trip for my son, myself, and my Mom. Even though weather caused us to arrive a day late, we still had a great time on our trip. The condo was just as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Nice location to the beach. There was construction and landscaping going on around the condo which did prevent us from sleeping late or taking naps, but did not prevent us from using the pool or getting to the beach. We were surprised at how hot and humid it was for fall. Be sure to take bug spray for the little "no seeums" that are around the beach grass. The on site Condo Office is not the rental office who supplies you with items for the condo or problems with the condo, Kingfisher Rental Company is, we were never able to get anyone at Kingfisher to answer their phone when we called with questions. The owners of this condo are GREAT, they are always fast in answering any questions you may have. I would rent from them again. We didn't use the bikes so not sure about them. Jerry's Market is handy to pick up all types of supplies. Sanibel Fish House is great for fish and sea food. Thank you to the owners for letting us use your wonderful condo.

Wonderful!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Loggerhead Cay. The location, view, pool, accommodations, all the extras that were provided were great. Being able to rent for less than full week was one main reason we decided to rent this particular condo. We really appreciated all fees being listed with no surprises for the total amount it would cost us. The owner was wonderful with a personal phone call. The bikes being provided as well as coolers, toys, beach chairs, and umbrella were such a nice touch and made our travel and stay so much easier. The pack n play and stroller is a great touch for families with young children to save packing space. Thank you James and Jean.

Excellent!

What a wonderful condo - clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of necessities and cooking/dining items included. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. Our two girls slept in the twin beds and our teenage son slept on the comfy pull-out sofa. Owner was very attentive and within easy reach for any possible problems! This was our first stay in a condo instead of a hotel and it was so much nicer and more comfortable! Our only worry is that now our expectations may be set too high for any future experiences with condos! Hope to be back someday!

Perfect family retreat!
