All downstairs rooms open onto a stone terrace which runs all around the villa, ideal for al fresco dining. Bedrooms upstairs all open onto covered terraces with stunning views of the pool, garden and surrounding mountains. Outside: beautiful mosaic 'waterfall' 10 x 5 saltwater pool (fully enclosed), BBQ, sun terraces, pool house/Summer kitchen (changing room & toilet), an acre of flat, landscaped gardens with palms, lavender, olive trees and boule court. Villa Clermont overlooks the hills of Grasse in a quiet neighbourhood very near to Opio golf course. Only 15 mins from the coast, 20 mins to Nice airport and under 5 mins to Valbonne, Opio, Chateauneuf, all with local shops, bars, restaurants and lively weekly markets. Valbonne is a pretty medieval town with with many restaurants, art galleries, antique shops. Mougins, the gastronomic centre of the South of France, is a 15 min drive. Gourdon is 10 mins and worth a visit for the fantastic view and scenery. Grasse, the perfume city is 5 mins away and Cannes, Antibes, La Napoule, Juan les Pins and Theoule are all within a 20-25 min drive or 15 mins by train from Grasse Station (5mins). For younger visitors, Marineland and other theme parks are 15 -20 minutes away.
