Kitz Residenz 6 is in a small block of only 14 apartments in the ski village of Kaprun. Kitz 6 is a spacious, airy and light apartment that comfortably homes up to 10 people. It stunning panoramic views of the Kitzsteinhorn from the sunny balcony make the outlook breathtaking all year round. All rooms have full gas central heated radiators with thermostatic controls, intergated smoke detectors. Kitz 6 has 3 large bedrooms : 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 bunk and twin bed rooms, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Sleeps 10. The bathroom is light and spacious with a large sink, washing machine and drier, bath and toilet facilities. The shower room has a perspex shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee filtre, full sets of utensils, crockery, cutlery & glasswear for 10 guests.
Living Room has a sofa bed, 2 chairs, 2 bean bags, coffee table, 37' plasma flat screen cable TV, DVD player, stereo cd radio. The dining room has an impressive Austrian hand made wooden table, corner bench seating and chairs for 10+ guests. The basement has ski storage, iron, ironing board and boot heaters to store skis, snowboards and equipment, so you not to clutter the apartment! Washer dryer for use.
