If your visiting Lake Como and want to enjoy a peaceful location with lake view yet want to be only a short drive to a vibrant village in the form Menaggio, then this apartment will perfectly fit your needs. The apartment enjoys a lovely lake view in a leafy setting close to the Menaggio Golf Club (as favoured by none other than George Clooney!)yet is just 6 minutes drive from the lake, ferry, restaurants, bars, fishmongers, supermarket etc. The aparment is the ideal romantic setting for a couple of for a family with accomodation for up to 4 guests. The apartment has been lovingly furnished with attention to detail such as hand made curtains to higlight the feature windows which dominate the living room. Dining for 4 is available or enjoy an aperitifo on the patio chairs whilst taking in the splendid panoramic view!

A tasteful apartment in a quiet location above Menaggio. The apartment is immaculately kept with furnisghings to a high standard. The living room features large picture windows with traditional furniture including a dining table for 4 guests and a comfortable sofa.The property features a double bedroom with queensized bed and ample wardrobe space, a further 2 guests are accomodated on the double sofa bed. A TV, dvd and video are also available. The bathroom is meticuosly clean featuring a shower, wc and bidet. Parking is available outside the apartment (away from the main road).
