Ayia Napa is close by, the actual centre of ayia napa would take a good 45 mins to walk, or 3-5 min by car. however, there are plenty of amenities, restaurants, bars within a few minutes walk away. This villa is located in a side street off the main Ayia Napa to Ayia Thekla road and close to motorway network. The water park is within a 5 min drive. Nissi beach is within a 10-12 min walk. A perfect spot for Ayia napa amenities.

There is some building work which has been started and no plans for completion at present, at the front of the villa and the access road is satisfactory although not tarmaced. [ please email me for photos taken may 2008] As the pool is at the rear, this shouldn't spoil your holiday too much [views of building work can be seen from the lounge window] and if we are made aware that the building work should re commence again, we will let you know and liaise with the owner re reduction in rental. Please ask for updated photos. There is one other residential house next door to this villa. Open plan dining, living room and separate kitchen. Fully air conditioned inc of price. Garden furniturewith 6 sun loungs, tble chairs, BBQ and new added decking, giving more outdoor space.
