Villa Laska is in a fabulous location with stunning sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away whenever you want it. So it's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also appreciate easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and night life available at the beach or in the city.

Accommodation: The villa has 3 floors with sea views from every room. The ground floor is a large open plan area with a beautiful contemporary kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. The entire ground floor has a terracotta tiled floor. The spacious bathroom is also on the ground floor and includes a separate shower, plus a bath with shower and a basin and toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and on the second floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony. All the bedrooms have double beds and stripped pine floors and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with several almond trees.

There’s a large paved terrace which runs the full length of the villa, plus a separate barbecue area

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: The villa is fully managed by an ex pat English couple who live a minutes walk away. They will prepare the villa for your arrival and look after all your needs during your stay. (There may be additional charges for services they provide). They also provide 24 hour English speaking telephone assistance should you have an emergency. You can request to be picked up at the airport and if so a car will be waiting to take you straight to the villa, give you the keys and make sure everything is ok for you. This service is free of charge if you stay for 7 days or more. So right from the moment you arrive you can relax and start enjoying your holiday. When you arrive at the villa, a complimentary bottle of Bulgarian wine will be waiting for you to welcome you.

Our commitment: Our aim is to do all we can to ensure you have a comfortable, relaxed and very enjoyable holiday at Villa Laska. Child care: We can organise child care or baby sitting for you, at very reasonable rates, supplied by an English NVQ3 qualified nursery nurse resident in Varna.

Villa Laska is perfectly located between the resort of Golden Sands and the small beach town of Kranevo, each 3 km away, 20 km north of Varna. Both offer beautiful beaches, safe swimming, thermal mineral spas, many water sports, numerous supervised activities for children and fun for all the family, plus a huge choice of night life with numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and casinos.

Kranevo beach is a 10 min drive with easy free parking or a 25 min walk from the villa down the hillside and there are also some lovely walks through pine woods behind the villa up onto a plateau from which has amazing views of the sea and coastline. The beach at Golden Sands is a 5 min drive.

There are many easy to reach local attractions at the resorts of Golden Sands and Albena, the towns of Kranevo and Balchik, the city of Varna, Thermal Spas, Black Sea coast, etc.

Local amenities: In Kranevo, just a 5 min drive away, you can buy fresh local produce at the daily market and there are 3 supermarkets.

What a fantastic Villa!

Out on business for a week and fancied a different accommodation than a hotel.This was perfect for my stay with 2 other colleagues as it was like home from home with 3 very spacious double bedrooms. All furniture and contents in the villa was like new and would definitely be back this year when we come over again on business.Varna 15 mins by car and Golden sands 5 mins. Perfect location!
