Great flat in fabulous location

The flat was everything promised by the owner, and more. The location is as good as it gets, in the midst of the best of old Antibes. It's within steps of the best restaurants in town and the marche, a four-minute-walk to the beach, and a fifteen-minute-walk to the trains to all the lovely adjacent towns (perfect for day trips). The neighbors are friendly and the local shopkeepers were all friendly and cordial.We stayed for a month and departed with great reluctance and many wonderful new memories.
The flat is a couple of floors up and the elevation permits the sunlight to flood wonderfully through the windows. Ceiling fans kept us comfortable in all the rooms, despite high temperatures one week. The kitchen was generously supplied to facilitate cooking. A thorough renter's manual was provided and local contact was cheerfully helpful.
We would return in a heartbeat.

Owner's Response: What we aim to do is provide a 'home away from home' for our renters. We hope they will fall in love with the place and the ambience of la belle Antibes in the way that we have done. A review like this shows we've succeeded, and that is enormously satisfying.
