THE SEA DOLPHIN is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach club villa (#327)situated 125 yards from the beach on pristine Seabrook Island, South Carolina. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and offers river and ocean views. Just 22 miles from Charleston, Seabrook is a unique PRIVATE island boasting 2200 acres of lush, subtropical vistas. It is quiet, secluded and completely owned by its residents.

Seabrook's amenities are numerous and include 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach along the Atlantic Ocean. There is an equestrian center and miles of riding trails along waterways and marshes. The Seabrook Island Beach Club is available to owners/guests and offers 4 pools,outdoor and indoor, 2 private golf courses with a pro shop, tennis center, modern full service fitness center and ocean view restaurant.

NO NEED TO DRIVE-THE SEA DOLPHIN villa is a 2-4 minute walk to the Beach Club (pools, game room, outdoor/oceanview restaurant) and the Island House (restaurant,lounge, golf courses, driving range and pro shop). The closest of the group of Beach Club Villas to the Beach Club.

We were very happy with our 3 month stay at this villa. Seabrook Island is a wonderful vacation destination with a full compliment of top notch amenities (golf,tennis,beach equestrian,bicycling,dining). All of this in safe,secure community setting just 40 minutes from downtown Charleston. This Beach Club villa has one of the best locations within the community with the beach just steps out your front door, and several of the amenities (golf,beach club,dining) within a 3-5 minute walk. The unit is spacious. At one point we had six people staying in the unit and didn't feel at all cramped. We particularly enjoyed having the waterfront view from the living room. As a previous reviewer stated, the unit's furnishings are not fussy, but are comfortable and clean. The villa was fully stocked with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay (fully stocked kitchen,washer/dryer, plenty of TVs, vacuum cleaner,stereo system,wifi, etc.). Finally, Kim and Harry were wonderful to deal with. Every commitment they made they kept, and they were very responsive to our inquiries. If looking to spend time at Seabrook Island, this is a rental well worth considering.

Perfect location..great beach vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week in May at this villa. you can't find a better location..waterview, and a very short stroll to the beach and theBeach Club/pool area. Every thing we could possibly need was available..plenty of linens and cookware. Beds are comfortable and bedroom layout is good for privacy. Furnishings are good for beach house..not fussy but very comfortable. Our favorite was the large deck ..we spent many a happy hour grilling and relaxing on the comfortable deck furniture. The perfect spot to wind down after spending time at the amazing new Beach Club. The kids pool is heated and very safe for all ages..we spent little time on the beach as our grandaughters wanted to spend every minute at the pool. Seabrook is the best ..and this villa is the best location!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
