The apartment is located in a very nice residential street, but within walking distance to the beach, clubs and shops. It is fully equipped, it has a full kitchen, central air and heat, large screen plasma TV, DVD player, high speed internet connection, linens, towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer, etc. It is in the 8th floor of a condominium building, and it has a beautiful view of the city. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It has reserved covered parking, free of charge. There are laundry facilities on every floor in the building, and there is also has a swimming pool in the building. Member of the Reliability Program of the Better Business Bureau.

The reservation fee is $300.00 and it will become the security deposit for the rental property. The security deposit is fully refundable within a week of your departure, as long as the property and it's contents has not been damaged. Credit cards will be accepted to pay the deposit without any extra charge. If you use a credit card to pay for the rental a 3% surcharge will be added to your total cost.

Cancellations and Refunds You will forfeit your entire deposit if you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to the arrival date. If you cancel during the last 2 weeks prior to arrival you are responsible for the full amount of the rental.

this flat was exactly, what we were looking for. a nice cozy condo in the heart of South Beach, just a 10-15 Minutes walk to the beach.
It has everything, you need for your stay, i would say, it's fully equipped; including beach umbrella, a beach chair and beach towels. we really appreciated that.
there is a new futon couch in the living room provided, not shown on the pictures.

Not to forget the parking lot, which is locked. So your car is safe and doesn't cost you any extra money, as valet parking in South Beach is very expensive.

We had a lovely stay, thanks to the owner Maria.

As we are from europe, we thought, we would have some issues with the payment, but everything worked out really well, Maria took care of everything.

It was the first time I went to USA with my family (4)
All it's very good. efficient announcement represents the apartment well
clean and near the beach (15 min).
I think I'll come bach in the same place on a next time

Great little hide-away in SoBe.

My wife and l stayed here for 7 days in Sept. 08 and were really pleased with it.The size of the apt. was generous and the building itself very clean and safe. The overall cleanliness of the apt. was excellent as was the cutlery and crockery. An abundance of clean, soft towels was always on hand and the bed-linen fresh and bed itself very comfy,
lt is located in a quiet, upscale area with plenty of restaurants, Starbucks etc. nearby and a small food store within view. A bus stop on the corner will bring you to all the attractions on Collins, Washington etc. for the princely sum of 25cents.This SoBe Local runs in a continous loop till the early hours, handy stuff if you dont want to be walking too much in the heat..
We would stay here again in a heartbeat and thorougly recommend it to anyone.

good base for exploring Miami

If you are staying for more than a few days this is an excellent option. Not right on the noisy Ocean Drive, but within walking distance. The restaurants on the door stop are in many respects nicer than Ocean Drive. Flat is very clean and well equiped, even with beach towels and bags. Shower pressure only dissappointment - if they fixed that then it would be excellent. Parking space useful if you rent a car as parking is meter paid even until midnight and at weekends!

We were not aware of the problem with the water pressure in the shower, it would have been fixed right away if the guest would have told us, and in fact it has already been done.
