This is a well maintained villa in a very private location. The pool area is not overlooked and there is a large sunbathing area around the pool. There are all the essential amenities close by and the villa itself is fully equipped right down to provided beach towels. All 3 bedrooms are very large. We have 100% satisfaction from all previous renters who particularly comment on the superb location and the quality of all furnishings. If you require a break from the hectic hustle and bustle of Orlando, this is the perfect location for you.

The location is very private and unlike many rental properties, is not overlooked. There is an excellent beach within 20 mins. drive, which has all essential amenities i.e. changing rooms, very good cafe, play area. Busch Gardens is close by and it is an easy journey to the coastal areas of Clearwater & St Petersburg by the Suncoast Parkway.

Barbecue.: A permanent barbecue is available, built just outside the pool area for easy access. 2 beach chairs and beach towels are provided for visits to the beaches in the area.

IDEAL PLACE FOR A RELAXING HOLIDAY

For flora and fauna enthusiasts the Nature Coast provides an abundance of things to see and do. We would particularly recommend a few lazy days at the Pine Island beach, an airboat tour (Native Suntours) from the river at Homosassa Springs where we saw manatees, dolphins, various types of gulls and egrets, red coral and sponges followed by an ice cold beer at MacRae's "The Shed" or a drink from "The Freezer" with freshly steamed shrimps, and the peace and quiet of the Ozillo Trail. For the shopping lovers the following stores are all close by: Wal-Mart, Walgren, Sears, Bealls, Old Navy, Kohl's, Marshalls and Ross with a bigger mall (Macy's, Dillards, Penny's, American Eagle) only a 30" drive away at Newport Richey. There are plenty of restaurants along highway 50 and highway 19 to cater for all needs and tastes. The villa with its pool and sunbathing area is also great for doing nothing at all, e.g. lounging on the airbed in the pool whilst reading a book! If this is the type of holiday you are after, we would highly recommend this villa and area. The booking with the owners was very easy and straightforward.
