The ground floor has a large lounge/dining room, with facilities for 6 people. French doors open onto the patio area. The fully opening windows also have insect screens allowing you to keep the windows open with the breeze flowing through, without sharing with insects! Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, a storage cupboard, and the utility area. Up one level is the front door, a double bedroom and the shower room; on the top floor is a twin bedroom and the master suite which has its own doorway which can be closed at night for complete privacy, it also has French windows leading to a private balcony which is a lovely place to sit with a drink from which the views of the mountains are wonderful.

Gata de Gorgos is situated between Javea and Denia and is an important centre for basketry, wickerwork , furniture and objects in rush, cane and bamboo, Gata is as well known for its grapes and almonds, the area still retains its local Spanish culture with many Fiestas & celebrations during the year. Nearby there is a superb 18 hole course at the Marriott, La Sella complex, which has excellent amenities for all golf enthusiasts. There are more clubs in Javea, Oliva and Ondara, which are all worth visiting. For those who don't just want to relax, sunbathe, eat and drink you could try A walk in the Montgo National Park, the summit of the Montgo is 753 meters and the 360 degree views from the summit are stunning. A short drive away you will find Jalon and Orba. Try some of the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas. Explore the winding streets and drive through the Jalon valley. This is the real Spain not to be missed.
