Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property with own screened pool on the exclusive Encantada Private Gated Resort, 10 min drive from DisneyWorld. Built by the highly acclaimed Park Square Homes Builders. On site management company. To view location google earth, secret lake drive 34747. Encantada is the resort at the end of secret lake drive and see how close you are to DisneyWorld. Cable/Digital TV,s in all bedrooms and living room all flatscreen and wall mounted. Clubhouse open M-F 9am to 9pm all week.. Use of Both communial heated pools, 3 Spa Pools, Internet Room with 7 fully connected PC,s, and Fitness Room/Gym to free to our Guests. Also In Clubhouse Games Room/Pool Table/Bar/Bar Meals/Snacks and seperate shop. Kids Playground area also located close to Clubhouse.

Each New Guest Booking Will Receive both a FREE AA Guide To Florida & A Welcome Information pack

Superb quality and quiet gated residential resort. Nine Restaurants located within 1 mile of the resort. The property is built of a mediterranean style architecture and surrounded by a tropical landscape. The property is not overlooked and situated within a 1 minute from/to the clubhouse and communial facilities. We also have a guest cupboard, with a 48 DVD film library, our own book selection and some surprises too ! kids complimentary books, Disney Monopoly board game,Playstation two with 4 games, etc (deposit required in case of breakages). Complimentary soap,toothpaste,shower gel all provided in guest cupboard. Small safe installed following suggestion from guest in Nov 2008. All windows have new pelmets fitted in November 08 along with the Kitchen breakfast bar and splashback also now tiled in November 08. All linen provided

Pool games also provided for use on site. Master Bedroom On Suite as is Second Bedroom. Seperate bathroom located upstairs.

Had a fantastic few weeks staying at your property here at Encantada.The boys loved it here especially the pool, no wonder they did not want to go home !
We had a very busy two weeks and staying at Encantada made the holiday very stress free !
We have been to Florida several times and stayed in different places but without doubt your place has been our favourite.

Fantastic Place!

I feel very lucky to have found this villa. As it was our first time booking independently I was a little nervous but the whole booking process went very smoothly, Kevin provided lots of really useful information and the villa and location surpassed my expectations.

The villa was very clean, comfortable, well equiped and was in a great location in the resort. The pool was fantastic, again clean and a good size. I telephoned the management company before our arrival and pre-booked pool heating and as promised on our arrival the pool was lovely and warm. We didn't use any of the facilities in the resort as we felt we had everything we needed at the villa, but the communal pools looked great and were popular.

The location of the resort is great. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the Disney gates could be reached within 10 minutes. I definatley recommend following Kevin's directions to the parks avoiding the main road.

I wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again or recommending to family and friends.

C'est un très bel endroit. Nous avons adorés notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse et très bien située pour aller à Disney. C'était très propre sauf pour les tapis qui sont tâchés.Mes enfants ont adorés les piscines du ressort et la petite arcade. Le site est superbe. Nous étions très tristes de devoir quitter.

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our second time staying at this rental unit and we would stay forever if possible. The villa provides all the amenities you would need. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept which made for an easy vacation. You cannot beat the location. Very close to the club house, playground, and pools. Everything was very child friendly. We absolutely loved the HEATED pools and playground and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool games and craft and the adults enjoyed the margaritas. The attached pool and patio was private and relaxing. You can be at Animal Kingdom in about 10 minutes and some great restaurants in 5 minutes. Running errands were easy with a Walgreens and Target stores also only 5 minutes away. We would recommend this unit and hope to return for our next holiday.

Wow! This is an absolutely fantastic villa with a brilliant well sized covered pool. It is well maintained and beautifully clean with all the facilities you could require. We loved the personal touches and found Kevin and Mandy to be really informative before our visit, sending us an Orlando guidebook. The pool was brilliant and the children loved it, getting up especially early to go for a dip. Encantada resort is lovely and well kept - the club house is great with 2 large pools, jacuzzi and games room, however we rarely used this. The location is brilliant and just a short drive from most of the parks and restaurants. Also a massive Walmart is just down the road which is really handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accomodation was gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this property and if we go again we'll be sure to book this property. Thank you
