Located over 3 floors with an additional roof balcony with views of the sea. This villa is truly amazing and previous holiday guests have agreed.

Ayia Thekla is an up and coming new area with many new developments being built. In an ideal location, for those who want quietness at night, and yet close enough to get to Ayia napa. A car is strongly advisable in Ayia Thekla, or the use of a taxi. Locally there are 2 supermarket kiosks, and tavernas. The enormous water park is a must for all ages, and is located on the Ayia Thekla – Ayia Napa road. Next door to this is go carts. Visit the picturesque Potamos beach and harbour, and try a meal from one of the fish. Ayia Napa is famous for Nissi beach and numerous entertainment bars, karaeoke, shops, and beaches. Try a boat trip from the harbour, daily during summer.

Leading down internal stairs to shower and wc, and adjacent utility room with washing machine. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. On the upper floor is a master double bed, with walk in wardrobes, and a en suite corner bath with shower. There is also a balcony with sea views. On the next floor is a roof balcony with lovely sea views.
