This stunning, custom-built townhouse is located in the historic town site of Crested Butte on a quiet, dead-end street. The house was designed by one of Crested Butte's finest builders, Sean Norton, on Beckwith Avenue downtown. South facing to take advantage of the winter sun, the Beckwith Guesthouse is located just two blocks from the mountain/town bus stop, and the Nordic Center (ice skating, cross country ski center, snow sledding/tubing and skateboard park).
The home located in easy walking distance to town's many fine restaurants and shops. A car is not required.
Come inside where the radiant heated floors will keep you toasty warm. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a king bed. Imported tiles enhance the tub area and steam shower in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bath. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first level by the bedrooms. Each bed has new, cozy, down comforters.
Level 2 includes the gourmet kitchen with a European style double sink, new Thermador oven and gas range, great for altitude cooking and baking. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings showcase the dining/living area and its warm wood and leather decor. There are two outside decks: one with a gas barbecue for the summer, the other a sunny nook to enjoy the winter sun. There is a third full bathroom with shower on this second level.
The third level loft has cable television and TV nook area, and a modern, convertible, twin-queen size couch. (photos to be updated).
The owners of the Beckwith Guesthouse have been in the area for over 18 years. Our property manager conveniently lives next door and can coordinate lift tickets, groceries, housekeeping services, and other concierge services at an additional rate. We are happy to help assist in making your vacation a most pleasant one.

Crested Butte is the most beautiful place in Colorado. The town is charming, the skiing challenging, the views- breathtaking. Our property in Crested Butte is unique, charming, and located in the best spot! We would live here year-round if we could!
Custom details and hand carved spanish/western detailed interiors that are worth a look even if you weren't staying there!
We have always been cautious not to 'over rent' our ski home, so our property is clean, beautiful, and fresh for your visit. Close to the bus stop, Elk Avenue, shopping and the best restaurants!
I can't explain the detail of how beautiful this rental is...you just have to see it.
We had a lovely vacation to Crested Butte. We love the location of the Beckwith Guesthouse - quiet dead end street and close to shops and restaurants. The home is very clean, kitchen well-equipped with everything you could need and is just as described. Our children also enjoyed the 3rd level playroom. The owners and property manager were all very sweet and helpful. Neighbors were great! We can't wait to return!
Excellent location, especially for Nordic skiing. Very clean. Quiet.
Unique, artistic, well-appointed beautiful home with all the amenities. We spent ten days with skiing every day. Wish we could have stayed another ten days.
In the summer we enjoy the two decks, lawn, BBQ, creek hiking trail, bicycling and wildflowers.
Crested Butte is a wonderful community for the arts as well as sports.
Also within walking distance of all restaurants and shops, parks, ice rink and skate park, bus stop, hiking trails, and nordic trail. Quiet family area with friendly helpful neighbors and property manager.
Clean. Beautiful. A jewel in paradise!
My wife & I have visted CB many times in both winter & summer and have stayed at houses both on the mountain and in town. This house is by far our favorite. It is tastefully decorated and the owner has provided every possible convenience one could want in a home. One of the outstanding features is that it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac but is within walking distance of all the restaurants and stores.
A beautiful home newly bulit and decorated awaits you. Just a few minutes from Elk street. We walked and rode our bikes everywhere. No need for a car. Try the Ginger Cafe for great Thai food and Al's for bike rentals. We had a wondeful time and plan to go back for a month next year. Chris and Dan were wonderful.
Crested Butte, known as the Last Great Colorado Ski Town, is an historic mining town. Located just 35 miles from Gunnison Colorado (GUC), Crested Butte is an escape to mountain paradise!
