The master bedroom has a king size bed with French doors leading directly onto the pool/patio area, an extra large en-suite with shower, separate bath and a walk in closet. The villa has 2 living rooms so lots of room for everyone to relax after a day out. It also has cable TV and a phone.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with plenty of closet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds. One is Sponge Bob themed and both have a TV/DVD player and all share the other bathroom.
Bed linen, towels [Egyptian cotton] and coat hangers are provided and also the use of 3 hairdryers [2 are Vidal Sasoon professional dryers] . The villa is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is fitted and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and fridge freezer. The breakfast area leads into the family room which has a 42"HD plasma Cable TV, DVD and telephone [all calls in Florida are free]. Wireless Internet access is also available free of charge.
There is access by way of French doors to the pool area. There is a separate Living/Formal Dinning area and also a Play Station 2 with a selection of games. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The double garage has been converted into a games room, with a full size quality pool table and dart board. This room also has a sofa and coffee table for your added convenience. The rear of the villa has a covered patio area which is fully equipped with patio furniture.
The swimming pool area includes a luxury 75 jet hot tub and is screened. The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge [$25/day] if required and is also not overlooked.
