Great two bedroom unit with air conditioning, private shower, toilet and patio. 70m to the pristine beach. Very green block with large trees in a quiet area but in walking distance to the local Tavern and shops. Located in Shoalwater it is close to Penguin Island. Train stations, cycling tracks and many great activities in the local area. All coffee and tea making facilities, toaster, microwave. BBQ available and all cooking equipment is included. Linen provided.

Nearest Airport: Perth international at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Fremantle Port at 25 Kilometres
Fishing, windsurfing and kitesurfing for beginners and experienced, sightseeing, golfing and tuition, walking, fishing, restaurants and local pubs nearby. Many shops in the local centres. Marapana Wildlife Park is great for the children. Local area has a great night life but if you want to go to the Perth City, Burswood Casino or Fremantle that is available too. Penguin Island has guided tours or just find your own way. Kings Park in the city is a must see. WA Aquarium is at Hillarys Boat Harbour, north of the city on the train line and bus. Serpentine Falls is a great location to visit.
