La Carihuela is an old fishing village which has picturesque panoramic views. It is located on the coast between Torremolinos and Benalmadena (2 resorts with lots going on) which are linked by a promenade where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, with an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Nearby is the historic city of Malaga, the botanical gardens in Fuengirola, Sea Life Centre and Marina in Benalmadena, day excursions to Granada, Seville, Cordoba or Gibraltar. There are 10 golf courses within a 50km radius and Torremolinos enjoys the Aqua Park, Crocodile Park, Magic Palace and many other interesting places to visit. The beaches are noted for their cleanliness and are lined by Chiringuitos (beach bars), offering the best and freshest seafood and as the beaches measure approx. 2km in length they offer plenty of sun beds which can be hired for a few euros a day. It is a favourite with people of all ages who like a bit of peace and quiet or nightlife close by offers pleasant sea views and plenty of places to sit and watch the world go by. Average temperatures in the autumn and winter months are in the low 20’s and temperatures can reach the high 30’s in summer.

  • The property is let on a weekly basis from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (unless alternative agreement made).

Luzcozan on the top floor of a low rise block, accessed by stairs - no lift. This one bedroom flat is located in the same low rise block as the studio, with its entrance in Calle Luzcozan, again accessed by stairs – no lift. It is located off the main thoroughfare, round the corner from the beach and shops. The flat is well equipped with an electric hob, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, and refrigerator. It is comfortably furnished with twin beds, has UK satellite television and air conditioning and heating (for the cooler months). Approx. 15 minutes from Malaga Airport.

This apartment is maintained to a high level with quality furnishings and boasts a full range of appliances including satelite TV with all English programmes.The apartment is spacious overlooking a quiet street just off the main shopping street in the centre of La Carihuela.
The beach,one of the best sandy beaches in Spain, is about 50 metres away.
The area is ideal for walking having a promenade several miles in length linking torremolenos with Benalamadena.
The main shopping street boasts a large number of quality restaurants providing food at competitive prices. The owner is friendly,speaks good English and can be contacted at all times in case of emergency.
Security is good and a safe is available at no extra charge.
I would strongly recomend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday.
