Eating out is a breeze with a mass of local restaurants and inns catering for most tastes. With the fabulous South Downs and the historic navel port of Portsmouth just a few minutes away. What more could you want? Tranquility! Imagine waking up to bird song from the garden with the faint sound of the surf breaking on the nearby sea shore. Having a leisurely breakfast on the porch before venturing out to cross the road and access the beach just a few steps away. This is just an example of what you can expect when you stay in our Log Cabin.

Hayling is an island on the edge of the solent facing across to the Isle of Wight. It has the magnificant South Downs to the North with Chichester to the East, Portsmouth to the West and the Solent / English channel to the South. There are excellent road links fed from the M27, M3 and A3(M). The mainline railway station of Havant is just 20 minutes away The southern part of Hayling is the part of the island best known by holidaymakers, and is a combination of town and country. Its main attraction for visitors is of course its wonderful beac, over four miles of it. Part of the beach, at West Beachlands, boasts two European Blue Flags, the Tidy Britain Group's Premier Resort Seaside Award and the Solent Water Quality Award in recognition of its high standards of beach and foreshore management and good water quality. Beachlands itself is over 100 acres of land between the Sea Front road and the shore.

Additional information about rental rates

  • As a general rule arrival is after 5PM and departure before noon. However we will do our best to accommodate other times subject to availability and the interest of our other guests (before and after).

    A non refundable deposit of £50 per week (or part week) to secure the booking. Balance required no less than 2 weeks before holiday commencement.

    Payments can be made by Cheque (please allow time for posting and clearance), Bank Transfer (good if you bank online) or Credit cards accepted via Pay Pal (5% charge applicable).

    Security deposit of £50 cash required on arrival. Returned subject to breakages / damage on departure.

    Rates are inclusive - no extra charge for electric, towel hire and no booking fees!

This log cabin offers a fully fitted kitchen with a full sized 4 ring cooker, fridge and even a washing machine to wash out the sand from the beach. There is a bed settee in the lounge which pulls out to provide additional double bed if needed. Off the bathroom there is a large sauna. There is total seclusion with high fencing and hedges so you won't be disturbed in this extraordinary accommodation which is tucked away in its own secret garden. Those who want to go topless or even bottomless can sunbath in the garden without fear of being disturbed. The cabin will sleep up to 4 Adults (two couples). Please note that the cost shown is for 2 Adults for 3 or 4 people please add £10 per day per person. Apart from the usual facilities that you would expect there is also a good sized Sauna inside and seven seater Jacuzzi in the garden (Easter to end September). Please note we will need to access the jacuzzi daily to carry out checks and adjustments. This usally take less than ten minutes.

This holiday accommodation is for discerning couples and selected singles only. All this is for your exclusive use. It is strictly No Smoking in or around the site. Sorry but no pets!
