Casa Pequena is a delightful detached secluded villa with beautiful private garden, located on the bottom of Nerja's most popular urbanisation, Capistrano Village. All rooms are on one level and are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The garden is very private, well established and provides a tranquil retreat. Olive trees give natural shade. There is a large terrace with brick built BBQ and dining area for upto ten people and the roof terrace gives superb sea and mountain views. The urbanisation has three communal swimming pools, restaurant and mini market. There is a large supermarket and three tennis courts just five minutes walk away.

Nearest Airport: Malaga at 37 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Maro at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
As you drive up the coast to Nerja you will see the most beautiful mountains on the left and the sea on the right, Capistrano village is on the edge of the National Park you have the mountains behind you and the sea in front of you. From the villa you can walk into the town of Nerja in about 15 minutes or you can take the local bus. The Town of Nerja is full of many different types of restaurants and interesting shops. On a night the town comes alive with different things going on including craft stalls and entertainers. You are also very close to the beach and have several to choose from.

The property was exactly as detailed in the description. The property is homely and comfortable with everything needed, nothing seemed precious. The garden was lovely, very child safe - if you need a place for younger children to play safely then this was ideal - the property's garden is very private. There was a great barbecue, which made cooking in the property easy and a pleasure. The property is clean and well maintained and the owners offered an excellent service, they were there at the beginning and end of our holiday - just as we like it. All contacts before the holiday were promptly and efficiently dealt with. Capistrano is a lovely place to stay in Nerja, the grounds are very well maintained. A car is not essential but does make it easier, there is a fair walk into the centre of Nerja or to the beach. There is an excellent supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Nerja is not expensive and provides an excellent place for a holiday.

This was the first time we had organised our holiday independantly and it was great. The owner was helpful from start to finish. We have 2 small kids and the private garden was ideal, we had peace of mind for them to run around and play without having to keep a constant eye on them. The property was as described and could not fault anything. The swimming pools on site were great as they catered for all age groups. Would definately recommend the property but if you want to be in the hustle bustle for night life you are a bit out of the main town.

We had a fantastic time, The discription of the villa was very accurate and everything was well kept and all appliances worked. The garden is very well kept and very private and safe for the children to play. We had fantastic communication with the owner of the villa, and all plans worked very well.
Our children did not want to come home and we have booked again for this year.
