Located on a quiet cul de sac, yet within a few minutes walk of famous Fisherman's Village restaurant/shopping complex. With its own private boat dock, ideal for fishing, enjoying the fantastic sunsets, or maybe rent a boat and explore the islands, restaurants, and beaches of Charlotte harbour and nearby Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande. The heated south-facing pool enjoys all day sun .. Although in a quiet spot, nearby are great restaurants and all the shops you could want, together with numerous golf courses. Punta Gorda Isles has its own small beach a few minutes away, driving a little further will bring you to the gulf beaches of Englewood and Boca Grande.

Punta Gorda is a quiet, laid back town yet all facilities are on your doostep; beaches, shopping, golf, waterfront restaurants, boat trips, and waterfront restaurants. For a change os scene, Busch gardens are about an hour away and Orlando a couple of hours.
