It is a large, luxurious villa with lovely terraced private gardens, ample out-door seating and a built in barbecue. It ranges over two main levels, plus the garden floor area. Each floor has large terraces, with stunning panoramic sea views across the bay towards Corfu Town and the low wooded hills of the North East coast. Villa Olivia is situated in a privileged position within the Corfu Country Club Estate (CCC) and provides whatever you are looking for in a holiday. It is a very comfortable villa with plenty of space to relax in. All the rooms are tastefully furnished in order to make your holiday a memorable experience. The patios, the balconies, terraces and gardens are all facing the sea and the Swimming Pool is around the corner! Outdoor parking is available.

Villa Olivia is located at the most beautiful part of the North-East coast line of Corfu, enjoying panoramic sea views across the bay towards Corfu Town and the low wooded hills of the North-East coast. It is 15 km from Corfu Town, the Port and the Airport, and 18 km from the Golf Course. It is based within the highly attractive Corfu Country Club Estate (CCC) and occupies a sun-drenched, south facing position right above the sea, not far from Barbati and Ypsos bays. The glorious beach of Barbati ( 5 minutes away) offers a variety of many exciting watersports. Ypsos bay ( 600m away) provides car and motor bike rentals, boat rentals, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, discos, sea-sport facilities, news agents, bus services, etc. From Villa Olivia a path leads to a little cove where sea bathing can be enjoyed. There is also a swimming pool with a Club House and a Pool Bar serving drinks and snacks (high season only). Swimming can also be enjoyed below the pool, with sundecks and pontoon.
