Every room has a view out over the rooftops. Brand new fully fitted kitchen, equipped with every necessity. Large, comfortable double bedroom with kingsize bed, second double bedroom with two full size single beds, bathroom with bath and power shower. The apartment has the added benefits of an allocated parking space, a security entrance and lift and is in the heart of Southsea, a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars.

Portsmouth is a city on the sea packed with things to do. Enjoy an irresistible mix of history and heritage, specialist shopping, lively arts, great restaurants and bars and a programme of year round events. From the harbour to the beach Portsmouth has something to offer everyone.

Ours was a long weekend break to visit our elder son who now lives in Portsmouth – he joined us for the whole weekend. This was our first stay in self catering accomodation in the area having previously used a well known hotel chain.
The apartment was just what we needed. Somewhere we could call "home" even for just a few days. It was warm (early March), very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and plenty of hot water for showers etc. – in fact, it had everything we might possibly need for a break. It was easy to find, with designated parking and straightforward access to the top floor. It was good to be able to relax in the lounge with lovely views over the roof tops of Portsmouth with the Spinnaker tower in the distance.
Mike and Valerie made us most welcome – great communications before and after our stay, and a very helpful introduction to the apartment on arrival. The wine and the cookies were really much appreciated.
For us it was the perfect base to visit locations in Portsmouth or travel further afield, e.g. walking on the South Downs. Our only regret is that we didn’t find Heatherley Court 5 years ago!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and will be back. The purchase of a series of Ordnance Survey maps for exploring deeper into Hampshire is proof of that!

This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet location with dedicated off street parking. The owners have maintained this property to a very high standard and provided all facilities, travel books and other notes to make your stay in Portsmouth enjoyable. The 'Welcome Pack' including cake and bottle of wine were very thoughtful additions. There is a supermarket for all your necessities and a variety of eateries nearby.
The owners have been friendly and helpful and we are happy to recommend this apartment. Thankyou, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Ideal Location for a Great Stay !

This is an excellent apartment ! It is ideally located for easy access to the many attractions Portsmouth has to offer - being a short walk, bus ride or drive into the centre of the City, Gunwarf Quays and the Historic Dockyard. The allocated parking space in the building's own car park was a great bonus !
The apartment itself was a true 'home from home' for us (Mum, Dad & 2 boys aged 9 & 11). The owners have maintained & decorated the property to a very high standard and provided everything you could need during your stay... including a very thoughtful 'Welcome Pack' including milk, Donuts & Fanta for the boys and a delicious bottle of red wine !
All dealings with the owners have been friendly and helpful and we have been happy to recommend them to friends, and we will definitely be back !
This is our second short break to Portsmouth, and we still haven't managed to fit everything in to our stay .. a few recommendations are : Historic Dockyard (you can spend hours wandering around without realising the time), Gunwarf Quays if you like Designer Outlet shopping and good 'chain' restaurants .. but if you're looking for somewhere special to eat - you MUST try 'Relentless' which is literally just around the corner from the apartment - fantastic food, all cooked freshly for you in an open kitchen and using locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy !

Well appointed and good location for sightseeing

Stayed at Heatherley for a late summer holiday and found it a comfortable and spacious apartment, close to the amenities of Southsea and a short walk from the major attractions of the dockyard.

Flat is on the top floor of a five story block, so although you get the drawback of having to use the slightly worn-out lift, you do get the benefit of amazing views of the Portsmouth skyline from your living room window, inlcluding the Spinnaker Tower. Location also means that if you like peace and quiet but want to be close to facilities, then this fits the bill nicely.

Owners have put a lot of thought in to equipping the flat so as to maximise the most of your stay if you're not familiar with the area, with plenty of information on local amenities and attractions on hand.

Would recommend visits to the Dockyard and Fort Nelson when in the area.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser zentral gelegenen, sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Außerden sind Frau und Herr Oldland sehr nett und flexibel. Sehr empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage in Portsmouth.
Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist berauschend. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Alles funktioniert.
