Spacious studio located in prestigious “Residence L’Estivaliere” overlooking the Public Gardens in Centreville, and the sea. Our newly furnished, modern studio has a large full width terrace with views to the gardens below and the sea. It contains a modern bathroom, separate WC and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a wall mounted hide-away (double) bed, allowing full use of living space during the day. The large terrace, is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, and provides a sea view - from Cap d’Antibes on the left, to Les Iles de Lerins on the right - comfortably accommodates six people for “al fresco” dining.

Golfe Juan is a pretty seaside town situated between Juan les Pins and Cannes. There are two nice sandy beaches and a Marina, with views across to Cap d’Antibes. The studio is less than a 5 minute walk to two sandy beaches and the marina. Covered parking is available upon request, but a car is not essential in view of close proximity to beaches, shops, railway station and buses. There are frequent trains and buses to Nice airport and French / Italian coastal towns, i.e. Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo and San Remo. The Studio overlooks our attractive gardens and the public gardens in Golfe Juan centre-ville. Nearby, on Rue de la Gare, are numerous shops including bakeries, butcher, fish monger and small supermarket. Within easy walking distance of the studio, there are banks, hairdressers, post office, church and boutiques. There are many excellent restaurants including “terraces de café” for dining on the attractive waterfront.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include all utilities as well as cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay. Bed linens and towels are included.
    Although the minimum let is one week, we are willing to consider bookings for a shorter period, additional charges may apply.
    Please note a 25% deposit is required at time of confirmation of of booking. The balance is required eight weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit of €300 is required at the same time the balance is paid. This is to cover breakages, telephone charges and any additional (above the norm) cleaning required. This is refundable after telephone and cleaning accounts are received. Guests should vacate the studio by 10 am on Saturday morning. Incoming guests should plan to arrive after 4 pm on the Saturday afternoon.
    During Cannes Film Festival period, shorter stays will be considered. Please note Weekend rates include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Notes: Studio has been completely refurbished with new furniture. There is a TV/DVD player as well as CD player with selection of CD's. There is a large closet near the entrance to store suitcases and hanging space for clothes. Two mirrored storage units on either side of the bed provide room for other clothing items. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of tableware in the event you have visitors for lunch or dinner. The tempered glass dining table can convert to accommodate four people easily. Four chairs are included. The balcony has a large round garden table and chairs for 4. The balcony is also equipped with a full width awning.

Golfe Juan is where Napoleon landed in March 1815, after escaping from the Island of Elba, and started his renowned march up the Route Napoleon. Also of interest is the nearby inland town of Vallauris, well known for the production of ceramics and pottery since Roman times. It is also where Picasso lived for the latter years of his life and his museum displays a selection of his works. Golfe Juan's assets include the 'Camille Rayon' harbour, two marinas, 6 klm of fine sand beaches and the magnificent ' Theatre of the Sea '. The main street is lined with late nineteenth century villas and excellent restaurants. The Avenue de la Liberté runs parallel to the sea and is where you can find major supermarkets and banks.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the studio and enjoyed every minute of it we were made really welcome by the owners and everything you need is in the studio.
We spent some lovely evenings dining on the balcony overlooking Golf Juan.
Thank you to Michael and Pat for making our stay so wonderful.
