This spacious 3 bedroom oceanfront suite can sleep 2-8 guests. The accommodation includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, two baths, cable TV, Telephone, free wireless internet with your own laptop, central air conditioning, and a large veranda with a view of the sea and a pool.

Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a beautiful very quiet area. There is easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. We have complimentary bicycles and kayaks for you use. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier. There are 4 complimentary one person kayaks, water volleyball, horseshoes, darts, and a BBQ grill.

What a beautiful place!!!

We stayed here for the 2nd time! The first was so memorable we decided to do it again. It was all we remembered and more. Some of the owners were there and that always helps. They had recommendations for dinner and all kinds of good ideas. Chopin is very helpful and takes care of all your needs around the condo. Mr. Joe's is within walking distance and the food is great (Belikin is cold). There is a minimart very close by (we walked there). The condo's are kept very clean and neet. The beach is just how the pictures dipict! It was paradise. I only have one complaint and that was that the beds were like sleeping on concrete. I slept on the couch to my husbands dismay but it was more comfortable. lol We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful getaway!

My husband and I stayed here after a mission trip in San Ignacio (with Superman717) and were very happy with both the unit and the location. The view from the lanai cannot be beat. The agent and other residents were very helpful and we were able to easily rent a golf cart (a necessity unless you just want to chill at this location your whole stay) and get advice about what to see, where to eat, dive, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable with cable and wi-fi. We would definitely rent this unit again. A great deal for the price, too.

Great Getaway

This rental happened to be by accident for my 5 friends who wanted a beach getaway. I tried to rent somewhere else for a week and it wasn't avail and this was what the renter suggested. WE WERE so HAPPY! It was shoulder season so only one other unit was rented and we had the place to ourselves!
OUr rental had a dishwasher, plenty of dishes to use and a great location.

Great places for a girlfriend get together or family vacation. AC in the whole unit. Close to the corner store. Really enjoyed how much sun exposure you got throughout the day. We saw many units with only limited sun by pool and beaches.. not an issue at sunset!

We spent four days at Sunset Beach from January 17-21, 2012, after completing a Mission in the Cayo District. It was just a wonderful experience. The condo was well maintained and very clean. Several of the Sunset Beach owners were on site and were very helpful and friendly. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome.

We plan on returning every year and will try to book at Sunset Beach. A great base camp for everything.
