Casa Katali is a charming and secluded villa, built on an acre plot and occupying an elevated position in the tranquil valley of Goldra, near Santa Barbara de Nexe. The villa has far-reaching views of the surrounding hills and countryside. It is comfortably furnished and has a roof terrace, open and shaded patios and private swimming pool. Just 5/10 minutes from the market town of Loulé and 20 minutes from Faro airport. Arrival time at Villa 2 PM Departure time 10 AM.

Casa Katali is only a 20min. drive from the 5 star golf courses of Fairways in Quinta da Lago, Vale da Lobo and Villamoura. Also Horse Riding ( English and Western ) Is Available just 5 mins. from the villa.

A lovely peaceful villa, spacious, clean and well furnished. On arrival found a lovely welcome pack, with wine, flowers and a bottle of Champagne for our anniversay
The Villa Manager, Ann was only a phone call away and made us feel very welcome. Pool was very inviting and the roof terrace perfect for that early G & T watching the sunset. A top class restaurant only 2 minutes away from the villa and Loule shopping just a 5 minute drive. All in all suited us perfectly.

Relaxed og quiet holiday in the Portuguese countryside.
Still near airport og freeway and thereby other Portuguese attractions.
House big size both inside and outside and indeed comfortable

Oase der Ruhe???

Gäste, die das Objekt mieten, sollten wissen, daß der Preis bezogen auf den Zustand des Interieurs vergleichsweise überzogen ist.
Weiterhin sollte darüber informiert werden, daß die traumhafte Einsamkeit und Ruhe durch die von einem nahen Hundeasyl ausgehenden entsprechenden Geräusche, insbesondere jeweils zu den Fütterungszeiten sowie das Gebell der zahlreichen Hunde der näher und weiter entfernten Nachbarn (Tag und Nacht) getrübt wird.
Auch die um das Haus und über das nicht eingezäunte Grundstück gelegentlich streunenden Hunde sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Hundefreunde, für die die genannten Besonderheiten keine
Beeinträchtigungen darstellen, können dort allerdings einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben.
