  • All rentals start at 5pm on Saturday and end at 10am the following Saturday. A cleaner can be arranged, and additionally the property can be pre-stocked with a wide range of food, wines, etc. These are charged at low rates, and all charges for these are made clear and agreed before any rental.

    Payment acceptable in £ or Euro, a 20% deposit confirms booking, balance payable at least 1 months before arrival date. A breakages deposit of £200 should be paid with the final payment, this will be refunded on your return.

Manufacture Vieille dating from 1610 is situated in the village of Villeneuvette, and has a small river running alongside the house. Each appartment is self contained, with its own facilities. The property is set in grounds of 5,000 square metres. Originally the lower floors were used for fabric manufacture, with the business owner occupying the higher floors. It is possible to walk directly from the grounds, into the woods of Villeneuvette, and for those feeling energetic, this leads directly into the national park, with waterfalls, rivers and lakes.
